Dogs Invited To Call The Hogs
Razorback Athletics and Pedigree are partnering with the Fayetteville Animal Shelter to host an adoption event at the April 23rd game of the Diamond Hogs versus the Oklahoma Sooners. Fans are invited to bring their dogs to the Hog Pen area of Baum Stadium to enjoy America’s favorite pastime along with some added furry fun. In addition to pet treat samples and free pet gear, there will also be a "pup-a-razzi" area where you can have your photo taken with your pets, friends, and family. The Shelter will have dogs available for adoption, and each dog will be provided with a special Adoption Kit courtesy of Pedigree. "We are always very excited to partner with area businesses and get the chance to show off our awesome adoptable pets," said shelter superintendent, Justine Lentz. The event is also in celebration of the lead up to pet month at Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club stores nationwide in May. All dogs brought to the event must be leashed. The game starts at 6:35 p.m
