Pets In Crisis
Working together with the Fayetteville Women's Shelter, the AIDS Task Force, the Salvation Army, and the Council on Aging, Fayetteville Animal Services is providing a unique service to pets and their owners by insuring a safe place for pets whose owner or family are in crisis.
The sick and elderly who must obtain short-term hospitalization, and people who must seek temporary or emergency shelter because of fire or other circumstances and who cannot afford to board their pets may obtain free temporary emergency care and shelter for their pets.
The Pets In Crisis Program offers up to ten (10) days of free care in times of crisis and when more than ten (10) days of care are needed foster care may be arranged. Providing shelter for Pets In Crisis is just one more way that Fayetteville Animal Services shows its concern for pets and their owners or families.
