- When and where are the City Council meetings?
- The City Council meets the first and Third Tuesday of each month in Room 219 of the City Administration Building at 113 W. Mountain. Special meetings may be held elsewhere and the location address is provided on the agenda for that meeting.
- How can I find out what the City Council will be discussing?
- The Final Agenda is posted on the web each Monday before the City Council meeting. See the "City Council Final Agendas" link on the "City Clerk" Main Page. The Final Agenda is also published in the local paper on Monday before the City Council meeting on Tuesday.
- How can I speak in front of the City Council? Do I need to fill out a form?
- You do not need to fill out a form, simply attend the meeting and speak when the Mayor calls for public comment on the item..
- Are City Council meetings televised?
- Yes, they are televised live on the Government Channel (Channel 16).
- What happens if I miss a meeting?
- A rebroadcast of City Council meetings can be seen on the Government Channel (Channel 16) the day after the City Council meeting at 9:00 a.m. and again at 6:30 p.m.
- Where can I obtain a copy of a proposed agenda item?
Copies are available from the City Clerk in electronic format and may be e-mailed or faxed as well as picked up in hardcopy from the City Clerk's Office.
