  1. When and where are the City Council meetings?

    The City Council meets the first and third Tuesday of each month in Room 219 of the City Administration Building located at 113 W. Mountain.

  2. How do I obtain a copy of the City Council Agenda?

    A copy of the City Council Tentative and Final Agenda may be obtained through the Electronic Document Management System or at the City Clerk's office located at 113 W. Mountain.  The City Council Final Agenda along with a live broadcast of the meeting can also be viewed on our Live and Archived Media Page

  3. May I address the City Council during a City Council Meeting?

    If you wish to address a City Council agenda item you may do so after the Mayor calls for public comment during the City Council Meeting.

  4. Are City Council meetings televised?

    City Council meetings are televised live and rebroadcasted at various times on the Government Channel (Channel 16 through local cable). A schedule may be obtained by visiting our Current Programming Guide page.

  5. How can I place an item on the City Council Agenda?

    To request an item to be placed on the City Council Agenda you must contact an alderman or the Mayor.  Upon full review the item may be placed on the agenda at the Alderman or Mayor's discretion.
