The five member Grant Ranking Committee reviews and evaluates the applications and ranks them for funding.  A recommendation for the full Council to adopt the allocation plan by ordinance is submitted by the Community Services Division.  The plan is submitted to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development for approval before CDBG funds may be used.
