You may visit the Civil Division during office hours, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Civil Division is located at 176 South Church Ave. Suite 1, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701.

You may file a civil action in this Court if the total amount is $5000.00 or less. The jurisdiction of Fayetteville District Court is limited to Fayetteville city limits.  If you feel you have an exception, you may petition the Court in writing.

CIVIL FILING FEES:

• Fee to file a civil action - $80.00
• Process Server - available at clerks office
• Sheriff Service - $50.00
• Garnishment Fee - $10.00
