How to Use the Fayetteville Small Claims Court
You may file a Small Claims action if the total amount is $5000.00 or less. The jurisdiction of Fayetteville District Court is limited to Fayetteville city limits. If you feel you have an exception you may petition the Court in writing.

You may obtain the following forms by visiting the clerk's office between 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
**NOTE: The Complaint Form MUST be delivered to the clerk's office in person.
Complaint Form - Use this form to file a claim against the defendant.
Answer Form - The form for the defendant to answer in response to Plaintiff's claim.
