Prior to obtaining a signatures for the Final Plat, the following items must be performed or provided to the satisfaction of the Engineering Division:

1. The work shown on the civil site package must be complete including the items on the final punch list

2. One (1) set of as-built drawings of the complete project (excluding details) plus an electronic copy in Tiff or PDF format

3. Unit price construction costs and a 2 year maintenance bond in the amount of 25% of the public improvements have been provided to the City

4. Certification that the streets, storm sewer, water, sewer lines, etc. were installed per approved plans and the City of Fayetteville requirements

5. Certification that the designed retaining walls were installed per approved plans and the City of Fayetteville requirements

6. Cross sections, volume calculations, and certification that the retention/detention ponds are in accordance with the approved drainage report

7. Surveyor’s Certification of Compliance

8. The As-Built Final Drainage Report as a hard copy and in PDF format
