How do I apply for an open position?
You may apply by completing an application. Applications are available on line or in the Human Resources Office. You may submit the application by mail, fax or email.
Do you interview candidates on the spot?
No, the HR office accepts applications but the hiring supervisor will conduct interviews at a later date.
Do I need a resume?
Resumes are not required. You may submit a resume, but all applicants will be asked to submit a City of Fayetteville application.
Where is the Human Resources office?
HR is located in the City Administration building at 113 W Mountain on the ground floor. Our office is open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We are closed from noon - 1pm each Wednesday.
