    The Mayor’s office is located in the City Administration building at 113 West Mountain in downtown Fayetteville.  Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  6. Do I need a permit to have a yard sale in Fayetteville?

    The City of Fayetteville does not issue permits for yard sales.  Citizens may have up to four yard sales per year and may not exceed three consecutive days.  Additional information on yard sales may be found in the City Unified Development Code Chapter 153.08 and Chapter 164.10.
