Fayetteville Receives Official Recognition as a Compassionate City
It was announced today that Fayetteville, Arkansas, has been officially recognized by the International Campaign for Compassionate Cities as one of 26 compassionate cities around the world. Fayetteville is the first city in Arkansas to receive this designation.
The International Campaign for Compassionate Cities is a global campaign inspired to raise awareness of the benefits of compassionate action. Its purpose is to support city leadership and citizens in planning and realizing initiatives that foster compassionate action through local projects.
