The meters have stickers on them that say No Parking if Meter Fails. What does that mean?
Due to increased problems with meters being intentionally jammed, resulting in increased staff time to perform maintenance on the meters, the stickers were added to all the parking meters. If you park at a meter that does not register time when a coin is inserted, you may do one of two things. If you are able to contact the Parking Management Office, (479.575.8280), while you are still at the meter, an Enforcement Officer or the Field Supervisor will be sent to assist you. If that is not possible, you must park at a different, operational meter. Otherwise, an expired meter ticket will be issued.
