No, time must be on the correct meter.  There is no way for the Enforcement Officers to know who placed the time on any meter.  When parallel parking, the correct meter will be in the front of the vehicle.  When parking in one of the lots, the correct meter will be either in the center of the vehicle or on the driver’s side (left).
