The receipt issued from the Pay and Display machine is not specific to any vehicle, so the receipt alone would not be sufficient for voiding a ticket.  To assist with any issues, the Enforcement Officers will now be taking a picture of the dashboard of all the vehicles ticketed in the Pay and Display lot.
