Overtime Parking

The penalty for overtime parking or parking beyond the time limit set for such parking space is $5.00 per offense and is payable within 14 days; upon the issuance of a summons, citation, or arrest warrant, the penalty increases to $25.00. The penalty for each violation in excess of 5 in any calendar month shall be $25.00 per offense and is payable within 14 days; upon the issuance of a summons, citation, or arrest warrant, the penalty increases to $50.00.

No Parking Zone

The penalty for parking in a No Parking Zone is $10.00 per offense and is payable within 14 days; upon the issuance of a summons, citation, or arrest warrant, the penalty increases to $20.00. Please note that if the citation is issued by a Police Agency, the fee may be much higher.

Handicap Zone

The penalty for parking in a Handicap Zone without displaying the proper handicap permit is $25.00 per offense and is payable within 14 days; upon the issuance of a summons, citation, or arrest warrant, the penalty increases to $50.00. Please note that if the citation is issued by a Police Agency, the fee may be much higher.
