The Parking Management Division processes requests by citizens for special events, such as street closures, parking lot closures, parades, block parties, etc., involving the dedicated use of streets and parking lots for temporary periods.
The completed form(s) must be returned to the Parking Management Division at 113 W. Mountain Steet, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701 no less than 21 days prior to the special event. The City needs 21 days to process your request.
These instructions are intended to help you complete your event permit application and all associated forms. Please take the time to read these instructions prior to completing your application. Please keep a copy of these instructions/rules for reference during your event.
This form will need to be submitted for all events that take place on City property or require City resources (police assistance, parking lots, street closings, etc.)
This form will need to accompany the Event Permit Application if your event involves certain activities such as fireworks, alcoholic beverages, street closings, vendor booths, carnival rides, etc.
This form will need to accompany the two forms listed above and is required if your event may possibly involve sound levels that may exceed the normal requirements of the City of Fayetteville Noise Ordinance.
