Park History

Acquired through the Park Land Dedication Ordiance, Braden Park was officially opened on April 20, 2006. The park contains 2.25 acres and is located on an island in the middle of Covington Subdivision. This park was named after a community that existed in the area throughout the 1800s.

Braden Park was funded in part by a grant from the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism's Outdoor Recreation Grants.
