Park History

Acquired through the Park Land Dedication Ordiance, Braden park was officially opened on April 20, 2006. This 7 acre park is located on an island in the middle of Covington Subdivision. This park was named after a community that existed in this area throughout the 1800's.

Braden Park was funded in part by a grant from the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism's Outdoor Recreation Grants.
