AccessFayetteville provides numerous ways to stay informed about your local government.
Accident Reports Online
Effective August 1, 2008, motor vehicle accident reports generated on July 1, 2008 or after that date will be available on-line and in most cases reports can be obtained within 3 to 5 days of the accident. Some accidents may require additional time. Accident reports will still be available at the Fayetteville Police Department located at 100 West Rock Street, Mon-Fri, 7:00am-5:00pm. To search for an accident report, you simply enter the name of the driver, date of accident, location of the accident or the report number.
Most major credit or debit cards will be accepted. Any citizen requiring an accident report that has occurred prior to July 1, 2008, or any questions regarding motor vehicle accident reports may call the Fayetteville Police Department-Records Division, Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm at 479-587-3565.

The fee for motor vehicle accident reports will be $12.50 on-line or $10.00 in person.
