NOTICE OF EXAMINATION FOR EMPLOYMENT IN THE FAYETTEVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT

 Notice is hereby given that the Civil Service Commission of the City of Fayetteville has scheduled a written examination for entry level positions in the Police Department on Saturday, October 11, 2008, at the Ramay Jr. High Cafeteria located at 401 S Sang (just off Hwy 62).  The examination will begin at 9:00 A.M.  Persons desiring to take the examination are hereby notified that application forms may be obtained in the Human Resources office and on our website at www.accessfayetteville.org.  Applications and additional information are also available by calling 479-575-8278 or emailing Human_Resources@ci.fayetteville.ar.us. The application must be completed and received at the City Human Resources Office no later than 5pm September 11, 2008. Applications will not be accepted unless accompanied by copies of all required documents including Birth Certificate, High School Diploma, Driver’s License and DD-214 for applicants with prior military experience.  Faxed applications will not be accepted.
