FAYETTEVILLE POLICE MAKE ANOTHER ARREST IN SHOOTING INCIDENT
Fayetteville Police Chief Greg Tabor announced today the arrest of another man involved in the shooting incident on Boxley Avenue.
On June 14, 2012, Fayetteville Police responded to 1233 Boxley for a report of a shooting. Officers determined two rival groups who had been involved in an earlier disturbance had once again started arguing. During this argument gunfire was exchanged between the two groups.
During the course of the investigation, Fayetteville Police identified Brandon CONLEY, black-male, age 32 of Fayetteville, as having involvement in the shooting incident.
On June 26, 2012, Fayetteville Police arrested CONLEY, for Terroristic Act, and Engaging in Violent Criminal Group Activity, and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
