Fayetteville Police Receive Training

Fayetteville Police Chief Greg Tabor announced today that officers from the Fayetteville Police Department are being trained in emergency driving and decision making utilizing a driving simulator. 

Over the next few days, members of the Fayetteville Police Department are being trained in emergency driving situations while utilizing a driving simulator from En-Mark Incorporated.   The simulator recreates situations and weather conditions that an officer could encounter while on patrol.  The training is designed to help officers in collision avoidance and enhance the decision making process during emergency driving situations.
