DRUG WARRANT LEADS TO ARRESTS AND DRUG SEIZURES
Fayetteville Police Chief and Chairman of the Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force Greg Tabor announced today the arrest of one person for drug charges.
On December 1st, 2009, members of the Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force and members of the Fayetteville Police Department executed a search warrant at 1428 Netherlands Way #4, Fayetteville. During the search of the residence, approximately 10 pounds of marijuana was seized.
Lantry N. Tyler, black male, age 25 of Fayetteville was arrested for Illegal Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) and Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver (Marijuana)
The Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force is comprised of Fayetteville, Springdale, Prairie Grove, Lincoln, Farmington, West Fork, Greenland, Johnson, Elm Springs, Elkins Police Departments and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
The items seized from the search warrant will be available for viewing today at 10:00 A.M. at the Fayetteville Police Department located
at 100-A West Rock Street in Fayetteville. Members of the media are invited to attend.
