Drug Warrants Lead To Arrests And Drug Seizures

     On September 10, 2008, members of the Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force and members of the Fayetteville Police Department executed a search warrant at 705 South Wood.  During the search of the residence, approximately 2.4 pounds of marijuana, 5 tablets of ecstasy and $2715.00 in U.S. currency were seized.  Several items relating to drug paraphernalia were recovered including scales. 

     Decarroll Ernest Bridges Jr., Black Male, age 33 of Fayetteville was arrested for Possession with Intent to deliver (marijuana), Possession of a Controlled Substance (ecstasy) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.                                

     Later in the day, detectives with the Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force and members of the Fayetteville Police Department executed a second search warrant, unrelated to the search warrant on South Wood, at 2638 West Old Farmington.  During the execution of the warrant, detectives located approximately 30.8 grams of crack cocaine, 24.3 grams of cocaine powder, 100.9 grams of marijuana twenty ecstasy pills, scales and a loaded .38 caliber pistol.  

     Brandon Terrell O’NEAL, black male, age 19 of West Helena, AR was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to deliver (cocaine), Illegal Delivery of a Controlled Substance (cocaine), Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (crack cocaine), Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to Deliver (marijuana), Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (ecstasy) and possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

      James Cortez Arnold, black male, age 32 of Helena, AR was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to deliver (cocaine), Illegal Delivery of a Controlled Substance (cocaine), Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (crack cocaine), Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to Deliver (marijuana), Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (ecstasy) and possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

      Chesley Afton Curry, white female, age 20 of Fort Smith, AR was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to deliver (cocaine), Illegal Delivery of a Controlled Substance (cocaine), Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (crack cocaine), Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to Deliver (marijuana), Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (ecstasy) and possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

      Corey Lamar Clemons, black male, age 22 of Little Rock, AR was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to deliver (cocaine), Illegal Delivery of a Controlled Substance (cocaine), Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (crack cocaine), Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to Deliver (marijuana), Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (ecstasy) and possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

            The Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force is comprised of Fayetteville, Springdale, Prairie Grove, Lincoln, Farmington, West Fork, Greenland, Johnson, Elm Springs, Elkins Police Departments and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
