DRUG WARRANT LEADS TO ARRESTS AND DRUG SEIZURE

Fayetteville Police Chief and Chairman of the Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force Greg Tabor announced today the arrest of two subjects for drug charges.

      On September 23, 2010, members of the Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 2413 Robin Road, Fayetteville, in reference to an ongoing investigation.  During the search of the residence, approximately 796 grams of marijuana and 2 grams of hashish were seized.

      Aaron Villegas, white male, age 22 of Fayetteville was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Justin McCaslin, white male, 22 of Fayetteville was arrested for misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance.    

      The Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force is comprised of Fayetteville, Springdale, Prairie Grove, Lincoln, Farmington, West Fork, Greenland, Johnson, Elm Springs, Elkins Police Departments, Madison County Sheriff’s office and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

The investigation is ongoing.
