FAYETTEVILLE MAN ARRESTED FOR MANUFACTURING OF MARIJUANA
Today, Fayetteville Police Chief and Chairman of the Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force Greg Tabor, announced the arrest of a Fayetteville man for multiple drug charges.
Members of the Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force located an indoor marijuana and mushroom grow on October 12th, 2010, at 2958 North Gregg Avenue, apartment #3.
Arrested was Jared W. Porter, white male, age 23 of Fayetteville. Porter was arrested for Manufacturing a Controlled Substance (marijuana), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with Intent to Manufacture (psilocybin), Possession with Intent to Deliver (marijuana), Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, Possession of a Controlled Substance (psilocybin), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force is comprised of Fayetteville, Springdale, University of Arkansas, Prairie Grove, Lincoln, Farmington, West Fork, Greenland, Johnson, Elm Springs, Elkins Police Department, Madison County Sheriff’s Office and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
