FAYETTEVILLE POLICE ARREST WOMAN FOR MARIJUANA POSSESSION

Fayetteville Police Chief Greg Tabor announced today the arrest of a woman for possession of ten pounds of marijuana.  

On February 15, 2013, Fayetteville Police stopped a black Lexus SUV near the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Interstate 540.    During the course of the stop, the officers became suspicious of the driver’s nervous behavior.  A search was conducted on the vehicle and approximately ten pounds of marijuana was seized.  

Officers arrested Phanomphone LAKHIAMINH, Asian-female, age 53 of Fort Smith for Possession with Intent to Deliver (Marijuana).
