FAYETTEVILLE MAN RECEIVES TWO ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR BREAKING INTO VEHICLES
Fayetteville Police Chief Greg Tabor announced today the arrest of a local man for breaking into vehicles.
On May 17, 2012, Gared HOLT, white-male, age 20 of Fayetteville, was arrested by Fayetteville Police for Burglary, Breaking or Entering and Theft of Property for entering a garage and breaking into a vehicle at 2000 E. Country Way in Fayetteville. On May 18, 2012, Fayetteville Police detectives recovered property from HOLT’s residence that connected him with two additional vehicle break ins. HOLT was charged with two additional counts of Breaking or Entering and one count of Theft of Property.Chief Tabor would like to take this opportunity to remind citizens to minimize their risk of theft by locking their vehicle doors and not leaving valuables in plain sight. Victims are also encouraged to report break-ins to the Fayetteville Police Department at 479-587-3555.
