FAYETTEVILLE MOTOR OFFICER WINS AWARD AT LOCAL COMPETITION

Fayetteville Police Chief Greg Tabor announced today that a Fayetteville motorcycle officer won an award in a local motorcycle skills competition.

On May 4th, and 5th the Northwest Arkansas Motor Officers Skills Training (MOST) held the Joe Landers Memorial Motor Officer Skills Training and Competition in Rogers, Arkansas.  Motorcycle officers from the Fayetteville Police Department, Tulsa Police Department, Lowell Police Department, Benton County Sheriff’s Office, Joplin Police Department, Jasper County Missouri Sheriff’s Office, Hot Springs Police Department and Jonesboro Police Department participated in the competition.  In the police non-fairing division, Fayetteville Police Corporal Robert ��Trey�� Hargus placed fourth.

Corporal Hargus is a twelve year veteran of the Fayetteville Police Department and has been a motorcycle officer for six years.   Please join us in congratulating Corporal Hargus on a job well done.
