DRIVER IN FATALITY ACCIDENT ON JOYCE CHARGED WITH NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE

Fayetteville Police Chief Greg Tabor announced today that the driver in Tuesday’s fatal accident on Joyce Boulevard has been arrested for Negligent Homicide.

On Friday, September 23, 2011, Jo JACKSON, white female, age 51 of Fayetteville turned herself in at the Fayetteville Police Department where she was arrested for Negligent Homicide for  the accident on Joyce Boulevard that resulted in the death of  City of Fayetteville Transportation worker, Jackie Luper age 57, of West Fork. 

This investigation is continuing and we will provide additional information as it is available for release.
