JANUARY 2010 DRUG ENFORCEMENT STATS

Fayetteville Police Chief Greg Tabor, as a participant and in cooperation with the Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force, announced the January results on continued drug enforcement efforts.  During January, there were 56 arrests for drug related charges. Listed below is a breakdown in the charges for the 56 drug arrests. 

 

Possession of a Controlled substance (Misd)                                   24 

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misd & Felony)                        6          

PCS with the Intent to Deliver (Felony)                                             7 

Possession of a Controlled Substance  (Fel)                                     12                      

Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Felony)                                    7

Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms (Fel)                 0
