Search Warrants Results In Drug Seizure

Fayetteville Police Chief and Chairman of the Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force Greg Tabor announced today the seizure of marijuana and cash in connection with a search warrant served in Fayetteville.
On Monday, March 30th, 2009 at approximately 6:30 A.M. the Fayetteville Police Department’s Emergency Response Team and detectives from the Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force served a search warrant at 3617 East Huntsville Road. During a search of the residence, detectives located approximately four pounds of marijuana and $3,936 U.S. Currency.
Detectives arrested Billy Lehman, white male, age 48 of Fayetteville, for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (Marijuana) and Illegal Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana).
The Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force is comprised of Fayetteville, Springdale, Prairie Grove, Lincoln, Farmington, West Fork, Greenland, Johnson, Elm Springs, Elkins Police Departments and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
