FAYETTEVILLE POLICE MAKE LOTTERY FRAUD ARREST

Fayetteville Police Chief Greg Tabor announced today the arrest of a man in connection with lottery fraud.

On May 22, 2012, Fayetteville Police responded to 2333 W. Martin Luther King in reference to a subject inside the store that was in possession of stolen lottery tickets.   The subject left the business prior to officer’s arrival but officers located his vehicle a short time later at the intersection of Futrall Drive and Martin Luther King.  

Leslie W. ARTRIPE, white-male age 54 of Springdale was arrested for one count of Lottery Fraud.
