Fayetteville Police Seek Robbery Suspect

Fayetteville Police Interim Chief Greg Tabor announced today that the Fayetteville Police Department is seeking a suspect in connection with an armed robbery at the Medicap Pharmacy.
On January 6, 2009 at approximately 9:42 A.M., the Fayetteville Police Department responded to the Medicap Pharmacy at 2818 W. Sixth Street for a report that a white male had robbed the business at gunpoint. The pharmacist stated that the suspect entered the business armed with a handgun and demanded narcotics. The suspect is described as being a white male, possibly in his twenties, 5’10�� to 6’0�� tall, 140 pounds. The subject was last seen fleeing on foot northbound wearing a black hoody sweatshirt, ball cap, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
