FAYETTEVILLE POLICE GIVE OUT FREE CHILD ID KITS
Fayetteville Police Chief Greg Tabor announced today that the Fayetteville Police Department will partner with the Northwest Arkansas Mall to give out free Child ID kits as part of National Missing Children’s Day.
On Friday, May 24, 2013, between 10am -2pm, officers of the Fayetteville Police Department will be at the Food Court of the Northwest Arkansas Mall to hand out FREE Child ID kits. The officers will be available to assist parents with the kits.
The Child ID kits contain inkless fingerprinting capabilities, a DNA swab, a place for a current photo and an area to include information about your child. Completed kits will stay with the families and not the police department. This is important because if a family moves or goes on vacation and they become separated from their children, they will have these completed kits on hand to give to the appropriate law enforcement agency wherever they may be.
