October 2009 Drug Enforcement

Fayetteville Police Chief Greg Tabor, as a participant and in cooperation with the Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force, announced the October results on continued drug enforcement efforts.  During October, there were 39 arrests for drug related charges. Listed below is a breakdown in the charges for the 39 drug arrests. 

Possession of a Controlled substance (Misd)                                   12

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misd & Felony)                        6 

PCS with the Intent to Deliver (Felony)                                              5 

Possession of a Controlled Substance  (Felony)                               8 

Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Felony)                                    4
