FAYETTEVILLE POLCIE ARREST MAN ON COCAINE POSSESSION

Fayetteville Police Chief Greg Tabor announced today the arrest of a Little Rock man for cocaine possession.

On May 18, 2012, at approximately 12:35 A.M., Fayetteville Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of University and Gregg for a traffic violation.  During the course of the stop, the officer became suspicious when he noticed a white powdery substance on the driver’s license that was presented by the driver.    A Fayetteville Police canine was called to the scene and after a search of the vehicle, officers located approximately 50.1 grams of individually wrapped cocaine, two roxycodone pills, 3.75 yellow xanax pills, two silver spoons with cotton and blue residue and a red hollowed out ink pen with white residue. The driver of the vehicle, Ritchie STUCKEY, white-male, age twenty three of Little Rock was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Cocaine with Purpose to Deliver, three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance Pharmaceuticals, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
