DRUG WARRANT LEADS TO ARRESTS OF TWO FOR DRUG CHARGES

Fayetteville Police Chief and Chairman of the Fourth Judicial Drug Task Force Greg Tabor announced today the arrest of two subjects for drugs charges.

    On December 8th, 2009, members of the Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force and members of the Fayetteville Police Department executed a search warrant at 2696 Club #12, Fayetteville.  During the search of the residence, approximately 437 grams of marijuana was seized.

      Roy Walters, white male, age 31 of Fayetteville was arrested for Illegal Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) and Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver (Marijuana).  

     Sarah Watson, white female, Age 33 of Fayetteville was arrested for Illegal Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) and Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver (Marijuana).  

      The Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force is comprised of Fayetteville, Springdale, Prairie Grove, Lincoln, Farmington, West Fork, Greenland, Johnson, Elm Springs, Elkins Police Departments and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
