DRUG TASK FORCE SEIZES MARIJUANA
Chief of Police and Chairman of the Fourth Judicial Drug Task Force Greg Tabor announced today the arrest of one individual for drug charges.
On Wednesday, August 17, 2012, detectives from the Drug Task Force and the executed search warrant at 957 W. Hughes, in Fayetteville, Arkansas based upon an ongoing investigation. Detectives seized 34.5 pounds of marijuana and $9102 in currency during the search warrant.
Detectives arrested Joshuna MALCOLM, white male, age 33, of Fayetteville, for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (marijuana) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
A viewing of the items seized from the search warrants will be today at 1:30 P.M. at the Fayetteville Police Department. All members of the media are invited to attend.
The Fourth Judicial District Drug Task Force is comprised of Fayetteville, Springdale, Prairie Grove, Lincoln, Farmington, West Fork, Greenland, Johnson, Elm Springs, Elkins Police Departments, the City of Goshen, and the Washington and Madison County Sheriff’s Offices.
