FAYETTEVILLE POLICE MAKE ARRESTS IN SHOTS FIRED INCIDENT

 Fayetteville Police Chief Greg Tabor announced today that three people were arrested in conjunction with the shots fired call police responded to at 2076 N. Chestnut. 

            On Monday, May 16, 2011, Fayetteville Police responded to 2076 N. Chestnut for a shots fired call.   When officers arrived, they discovered that a disturbance had taken place and that gun shots had been fired.  All of the subjects actively involved in the incident had already fled the scene.   

            Fayetteville Police detectives following up on the incident were able to identify several subjects involved in the incident through witness statements and video footage that was taken by a witness at the scene.  Arrested were Chaucencey BOLES, black male, age 21 of Fayetteville, Roy Sigears, black male, age 21 of Fayetteville, and Raymond DAVIS, black male, age 24 of Fayetteville.  

BOLES was arrest for Aggravated Residential Burglary, Engaging in Violent Group Activity, Criminal Use of Prohibited Weapon, Terroristic Act, and Criminal Mischief.  DAVIS was arrested for Aggravated Residential Burglary, Engaging in Violent Group Activity, Criminal Use of Prohibited Weapon, and Terroristic Act (Accomplice).  SIGEARS was arrested for Aggravated Residential Burglary, Engaging in Violent Group Activity, Criminal Use of Prohibited Weapon, and Terroristic Act.

This investigation is continuing.
