The Cone Patrol is a list of street and lane closures, along with traffic delays resulting from various construction projects and events. Projects are in alphabetical order by street name. Please be aware that these dates can vary depending on weather and other delays.

The City of Fayetteville Transportation Division will begin construction of a new sidewalk along the south side of Halsell Rd from Cross Ave to Sang Ave and continue along the west side of Sang Ave to Loren Cir. Work is scheduled to begin Monday, April 7th and be completed in mid October 2014. Along with the new sidewalk, other improvements include the installation of storm drain pipe, inlet boxes, curb and gutter.
Construction will require closing Halsell Rd (between Sang Ave to Cross Ave) and Sang Ave (between Cleveland St and Halsell Rd) to through traffic during work hours of 7:00am until 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Detour routes will be marked. Local traffic will be allowed for residents during work hours. Through traffic will be allowed during non-work hours.

|September 29, 2014||October 17, 2014||Meadow St, east bound lane (between 75 feet east of Razorback and Meadow St Parking Garage Entrance)||Meadow St, east bound lane (between 75 feet east of Razorback and Meadow St Parking Garage Entrance) will be closed September 29 - October 17, 7:00am - 5:00pm. Closure is needing in the east bound lane to construct the enclosure on the back of the John McDonnell Track and Field Scoreboard.
