Vendor Information - Doing Business with the City of Fayetteville
Welcome to the City of Fayetteville's Purchasing Website. This site is intended to provide information on current contract opportunities offered by the City of Fayetteville and general information on how to do business with the City of Fayetteville.
Purchasing will no longer be sending out notifications of bid opportunities to individual vendors. To find out about competitive bid opportunities at the City of Fayetteville there are two options:
1. You may check our website where announcements of bids will be posted. Note: If you are not signed up on the mailing list you will not be notified of addendums or changes to bids.
2. Sign up on our mailing list to receive notice of Bids, RFP's, RFQ's and Items for Sale. To do this, simply email your first name, last name, & company name to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Statement of "No-Bid: Statement of No-Bid form
The "Statement of No-Bid form" as linked above is made available to any entity, individual, company, etc. that wishes to inform the City of any reason for deciding not to participate in a bid. This form is not required but is presented and made available to maintain a positive relationship with vendors and solicit feedback on ways to improve the City's bidding (Bid), request for proposal (RFP) and request for qualification (RFQ) processes.
