Commercial Waste

The City of Fayetteville Solid Waste and Recycling Division provides for the collection of
commercial trash and recycling within the City of Fayetteville.

City of Fayetteville Code Chapter 50; 50.29, Private collectors, contract with city required.

No person, except a duly authorized agent or employee of the city , shall empty garbage or trash receptacles, or convey or transport garbage or trash on the streets or public thoroughfares of the city, without a written contract with the city.
