What are the procedures for setting and retrieving my cart?
Answer
All carts, recycling bins and yardwaste should be placed out on designated collection days by 6am. By City Ordinance do not place carts out earlier than 12 hours before collection day and always remove your cart no later than 12 hours after collection has occurred. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CART AT THE CURB ALL WEEK.
