Strategic Planning and Internal Consulting

Strategic Planning and Internal Consulting works across divisions as well as with outside organizations to coordinate and lead collaborative projects. The department also provides internal consulting services for City departments and divisions, providing policy research and analysis and program evaluation.  In addition, the department creates the studies, plans, and policies that guide decisions regarding future growth and development. These include the Master Street Plan, Comprehensive Land Use Plan, Future Land Use Plan and neighborhood master plans.

2010 Census
