City seeking input for a master plan for the former Tyson Mexican Original site, Thursday Aug. 8, from 5:30-7:00 @ Happy Hollow School.
Come share your preferences for the future of this site!
The City of Fayetteville is hosting an input session Thursday, August 8, 2013 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Happy Hollow Elementary to determine the future design and use of the remaining City properties surrounding the future Kum & Go on Huntsville Road, the site of the former Tyson Mexican Original plant.
Staff is currently developing a master plan with alternative solutions for the approximately 5.8 acres, and looking at options for zoning the parcels, which the City could hold, develop or sell.
The City will have these alternative options on display at Happy Hollow and will be taking public input for preferences. The City will also launch an online survey that will be available until August 16 for citizens that are not able to make it out to the public input session.
Happy Hollow Elementary is located at 2175 E. Peppervine Drive in Fayetteville.
