Fayette Junction Master Plan

The Fayette Junction Master Plan was the second complete neighborhood plan, adopted in the Spring of 2009, as a part of City Plan 2025.  Over 100 citizens participated in the development of the plan through a series of public events including a hands-on design workshop.  Several themes repeated by participants evenutally became the tenents of the final vision document:

  • Integrate the built and natural envrionments
  • Create a clean-tech cluster
  • Support multi-modal transit

The adopted Master Plan and Vision document are available below, in addition to the Community and Work-in-Progress presentations, the Fayette Junction site map, and the existing and idealized build-out 3D Fly-through models.

Fayette Junction won the 2009 Arkansas State American Planning Association award in Comprehensive Planning.  The Sketch Up Model won the 2009 State award for Achievement in Technology.
