Hillside/Hilltop Ordinance Amendments

Elected officials requested that staff re-evaluate the Hillside/Hilltop development regulations and bring forward ordinance recommendations. The ordinance review committee discussed the proposal at their January 6 meeting and the ordinance was approved at City Council on April 16, 2010.
