Township Street Renovations Set to Begin

One Lane of Traffic to be Closed during Work Hours.  Drive Safely.

The City of Fayetteville Water Operations and Transportation Division will begin work on Township between College and Old Wire Road on June 1, 2009.  Improvements will include water system upgrades, replacement of the deteriorated curbs, sidewalk improvements and an asphalt overlay of the street.

One lane of traffic will be closed during the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m, Monday through Friday and occasionally work will be done on Saturdays.  Please allow for delays and traffic back-ups during this time.  Please use alternate routes if possible.
