Utility Billing

The City of Fayetteville Water Department provides water and sewer services to the residents and businesses of the City of Fayetteville and surrounding areas.

Citizens who use City of Fayetteville water & sewer utilities receive a bill for service approximately every 30 days. Included on each bill will be the billing period, utility consumption during the period, the amount due for services, and the payment due date. Utility bills may be paid by U.S. mail by using the envelope included with your statement or paid in person at City Hall (113 W. Mountain St.) or at any Fayetteville branch of the Bank of Fayetteville or Arvest Bank. Additionally, at City Hall, there are two drop boxes for your convenience; one on the portico of City Hall and one across Mountain Street from City Hall where you may drive by and deposit your payment envelope.
