Water Department

In order to establish new service per city ordinance a deposit must be paid. There are also forms to fill out and a Service Agreement that needs to be signed. This must be done in our office in City Hall. The forms are available online.  For information call (479) 521-1258.

Payment Options:

Pay or inquire a Water, Sewer, & Solid Waste utility bill on the web with a check or credit card. A 2.5% convenience fee for using this service will be charged to your checking or credit card account in addition to your utility payment.

Pay or inquire a Water, Sewer, & Solid Waste utility bill on the phone with a check or credit card. Dial 479-718-7600 and enter message number "2400". A 2.5% convenience fee for using this service will be charged to your checking or credit card account in addition to your utility payment.

OR

Our cashier windows are open in the lobby of the Administration Building from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday. We accept cash, check
or Visa and MasterCard. When using a credit card, customers must provide State issued picture identification and must be the credit card account
holder. Credit card customers will be required to pay a convenience fee for using the card as mandated by State law. We do not accept credit
cards after 4:00 p.m., due to our end-of-day procedures.

Since not everyone can vist our office during business hours, there are ways other than the mail to get your payment to us. We encourage
everyone to "STOP & DROP". Our drive up drop box is located across the street from City Administration. Payments are picked up at 8:00 a.m.
Payments should be made by check or money order only. Please do not drop cash.
