The first planning meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 31 at Tim's Pizza on the Fayetteville Square at 11:30 AM. Fest of All is a free annual festival that encourages the appreciation and recognition of community diversity through entertainment, education, and artistic expression of all cultures. It will be held on Thursday, September 6 from 5-8 PM in conjunction with First Thursday on the Fayetteville Square.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[The Fayetteville City Council recently passed a new ordinance requiring all pets in Fayetteville to be microchipped in an effort to see more pets reunited with their owners.&nbsp; Microchips are available at local veterinarian offices as well as at the Fayetteville Animal Shelter.&nbsp; No appointment is needed to get your pet microchipped at the Shelter.&nbsp; The process takes approximately ten minutes and the cost is twenty dollars per pet. ]]></description>
