The Nutrient Reduction Plan, completed in April 2009 as part of an agreement with Beaver Water District and the City of Fayetteville, recommends the development and implementation of a streamside protection ordinance. This ordinance is part of a series of recommendations designed to reduce pollution in all the City&rsquo;s waterways, which will improve the health of the City&rsquo;s streams and reduce the costs of treating drinking water.]]></description>
